The double column eccentric press from PME are characterized by a high degree of adaptability to the customer. All wishes for equipment and functions are taken care of in a personal conversation. The press body of our stamping presses are manufactured in both monoblock and split tie-rod designs. The divided constructions are stiffened by tie rods and achieve a pressing force of up to 6300kN. Generous openings simplify the installation of conveyor belts and slides. Attachment areas for belt feeds are always available. The transverse shafts running against each other compensate for lateral rotational forces and are each guided in 2 high-quality plain bearings. A countershaft optimizes the power transmission at low speeds. Stroke and ram adjustment are fully automatic and ensure that the press can be adjusted in the shortest possible time. The control of the eccentric press meets the latest safety standards and is adapted to the needs of our customers.
